• To qualify for a return, you must email within 7 days of receiving the order.
  
  
• All item/s must be in their original packaging unopened.
  
  
• Emptied or used item/s will not qualify for any refund.

• Once the item/s for return are received and examined, we will apply the refund minus any shipping expense and restocking fees.

• All shipping is processed through USPS - United States Postal Service.
   
• All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments unless shipping insurance is purchased via USPS.com

NuView is NOT responsible for any import/custom tax/duties issued by your country's customs department upon arrival.
